George A. Leondis

Mr. Leondis is President and Chief Executive Officer of Argon Medical Devices, Inc. He has over 22 years of experience in the medical device industry and is responsible for all functional areas of Argon’s business.

From 2006 to 2009, Mr. Leondis served as Corporate Vice President and General Manager for Angiotech Interventional, a subsidiary of Angiotech Pharmaceuticals, Inc., which manufactured and marketed disposable vascular and non-vascular devices for use in Interventional Radiology, Interventional Cardiology and Vascular Surgery.

After various management and commercial roles at companies including Orascoptic Research and St. Jude Medical, Mr. Leondis joined InterV/Medical Device Technologies, Inc., which became part of American Medical Instruments Holdings, Inc. a RoundTable Healthcare Partners portfolio company, in 1998. He was promoted through various positions including Region Manager, Director of Global Marketing, Vice President of Sales, and Sr. Vice President of Sales and Marketing, prior to the company’s sale to Angiotech.

Mr. Leondis currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Medical Device Manufacturers Association. He has previously served on the Board of Directors of Phase One Medical, LLC.

Mr. Leondis holds a Bachelor’s degree from Rutgers University.

Sharon McNally
Vice President, Finance

Sharon McNally

Sharon McNally is the Vice President, Finance of Argon Medical Devices, Inc. She joined the company in November 2003, and has global responsibility for finance. She has over 25 years of experience in the medical industry.

Prior to joining Argon, Ms. McNally worked a combined 17 years for Cardinal Health, Allegiance Healthcare and Baxter Healthcare. She most recently served as Director of Manufacturing Finance for the Perioperative Products and Services Business Unit, a subsidiary of Cardinal Health, Inc.’s Medical Products and Services segment. Other key positions held during her tenure included Director of Finance for the PBDS and Custom Sterile businesses as well as Director of International Treasury for Cardinal Health. Prior to these roles, she held additional financial management positions in Treasury, distribution and manufacturing.

Ms. McNally is a CPA, CCM (Certified Cash Manager) and holds a Bachelor’s degree from Northern Illinois University.

Christian A. Chilcott
Vice President, Global Marketing and OEM Sales

Christian A. Chilcott

Christian A. Chilcott is Vice President, Global Marketing and OEM Sales for Argon Medical Devices, Inc. He joined the company in September 2009 and has marketing responsibility for the Americas and sales responsibility for Canada, Latin America and distributed sales in the United States. He has over 15 years of experience in the medical device industry.

Prior to joining Argon, Mr. Chilcott held various sales and marketing leadership roles in a combined 8 years at Angiotech Interventional and InterV/Medical Device Technologies, Inc. Both of these organizations manufactured and marketed disposable vascular and non-vascular devices for use in Interventional Radiology, Interventional Cardiology and Vascular Surgery. Mr. Chilcott began his career in medical devices as a field sales representative.

Mr. Chilcott holds a Bachelor’s of Business Administration degree from the University of North Texas.

Kurt Baltutat
Vice President, Sales, US

Kurt Baltutat

Kurt Baltutat is Vice President of US Sales for Argon Medical Devices, Inc. He joined the company in February of 2011, and has US responsibility for direct sales as well as US and International responsibility for OEM sales. He has over 25 years of experience in the medical device industry.

Prior to joining Argon, Mr. Baltutat most recently served as Northern Region Manager for Angiotech Interventional, a subsidiary of Angiotech Pharmaceuticals, Inc., which manufactured and marketed disposable vascular and non-vascular devices for use in Interventional Radiology, Interventional Cardiology and Vascular Surgery.

After several years in various sales and management roles as a distributor and independent representative, Mr. Baltutat was hired by InterV/Medical Device Technologies, Inc., which became part of American Medical Instruments Holdings, Inc., a RoundTable Healthcare Partners portfolio company, in 1996.

He was promoted to Region Manager to develop sales in the Western US and later transitioned to the Northeast where he spent several years as the Northern Region Manager prior to the company’s sale to Angiotech.

Mr. Baltutat holds a Bachelor’s degree from Western Michigan University.

Antony Ng

Antony Ng
Vice President, Sales & Marketing, Asia

Antony Ng

Antony Ng is Vice-President, Asia Sales & Marketing. He joined the company in September 2010, and has sales and marketing responsibility for the Asia region. Antony has over 22 years of experience in the medical device industry and 10 years of experience in the Telecommunication industry.

Prior to joining Argon, Antony served in various management roles for 3M Drug Delivery Systems, Bio-Scaffold International, Becton Dickinson, Ohmeda Critical Care and Baxter Healthcare Far East.

Antony holds a Master’s degree from University of Hull, UK.

Beckie Ellis
Vice President, Regulatory Affairs & Quality Assurance

Beckie Ellis

Beckie Ellis is Vice President, Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs and has global responsibility for plant Quality Assurance, global Quality Systems’ development, Regulatory Compliance, Certifications, Submissions and Approvals.

Beckie is an internationally experienced RAQA professional with diversified knowledge and skills that cover more than 25 years of Quality Systems, Process Improvement, Sterilization Validation and New Product Development experience in both the medical device and pharmaceutical industries. She has worked for such companies as NeoRx, Fuller Laboratories/Parke-Davis, International Isotopes, Medical Incorporated, St. Jude Medical, and OsteoMed before joining the Argon team. These organizations cross a variety of product platforms including kidney dialysis, brachytherapy products, radiopharmaceuticals, heart valves, vascular grafts, arterial and cardiotomy blood filters, breast implants and orthopedic implants.

During her career Ms. Ellis has worked overseas where she oversaw the relocation of a mini-assembly plant in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil and served as Operations Manager for a heart valve manufacturing facility in Perth, Australia.

She holds a B.S. in Microbiology as well as an M.B.A. in Operations Management from the University of Minnesota, and has achieved a Master’s Certificate in Organizational Leadership from Villanova. She has her RAC from RAPS and is certified as a CQA, CSSGB, CQE, CQIA and CQM/OE from the American Society for Quality.

On a personal note, Ms. Ellis has held volunteer leadership positions for the ASQ Biomedical Division and Dallas Section of ASQ and currently serves as the ASQ representative to the FDA/Medical Device Industry Coalition in Dallas, TX. She also served two years as a site examiner with Quality Texas for the Texas Quality Award.

Bill Morgan
Vice President, Operations, Americas

Bill G. Morgan Jr.

Bill G. Morgan Jr. is Vice President of Operations for the America’s, with responsibility for manufacturing facilities in Texas, Illinois and New York. He joined Argon Medical Devices in 2004, left in 2006 after being called to active duty with U.S. Army in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom, and returned to Argon in 2009. Mr. Morgan has over 27 years of experience in operations, with 23 years dedicated specifically to the medical device industry.

Prior to joining Argon, Mr. Morgan worked a combined 13 years for Cardinal Health, Allegiance Healthcare, and Baxter Healthcare in various leadership capacities with a focus on delivering value through continuous improvement in the operational arena.

Mr. Morgan holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Southeastern Louisiana University.

 

Michael Kronby

Michael Kronby

Michael Kronby is the Vice President, Sales and Marketing EMEA. He has sales and marketing responsibility for Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Mr. Kronby joined the company in April 2013, as the Director, Sales and Marketing Interventional EMEA. He has over 13 years of experience in the medical device industry.

Prior to joining Argon, Mr. Kronby most recently served as Director, Sales & Marketing, Outside US, for Angiotech Interventional, a subsidiary of Angiotech Pharmaceuticals, Inc., which manufactured and marketed disposable vascular and non-vascular devices for use in Interventional Radiology, Interventional Cardiology and Vascular Surgery.

Mr. Kronby was promoted through several positions with Angiotech Interventional, starting with Sales Manager, moving to Marketing Manager, Area Manager, Area Sales and Marketing Manager, and Director, Sales & Marketing, outside US.

Prior to Angiotech, Mr. Kronby was a Corporate Product Manager for Ambu, a company that produces and markets anesthesia, patient monitoring and diagnostics, and emergency care devices for hospitals and rescue services.
