Bryan Finley

Bryan Finley is the Vice President, US Sales, for Argon Medical Devices Inc.  He joined the company in October of 2025 as Senior Director of US Sales for our vascular business.  Mr. Finley has over 30 years of medical device sales, sales leadership and marketing.  His deep industry experience, operational leadership, talent development and commitment to excellence make him perfect to lead our US sales organization.

Prior to his tenure at Argon, Mr. Finley served as the Senior Vice President of Global Commercial for Avertix Medical.  In previous roles, Mr. Finley helped his sales teams grow revenue in excess of $90M and achieved numerous accolades including top national sales honors in various roles.  Mr. Finley began his early medical device career in Sales for CR Bard and has advanced into senior roles across multiple organizations throughout his career.

Mr. Finley is an alumnus at The College of New Jersey holding a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Law and Justice.
