Jennifer Russell

Jennifer Russell is the Vice President, General Counsel for Argon Medical Devices Inc.  She joined the company in March of 2026 and leads the company’s global legal, compliance, and risk management functions.  Jennifer has extensive legal leadership experience within the medical device industry and strong track record of providing strategic, business-focused counsel to executive leadership teams.

Prior to her tenure at Argon, Jennifer most recently served as Senior Commercial Counsel for ResMed Corp.  In previous roles, she advised leadership on a variety of legal matters including intellectual property strategy, litigation management, mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions, and healthcare compliance.  Jennifer began her career as an intellectual property attorney at NuVasive, Inc. and has held roles of increasing scope and responsibility throughout her career.

Jennifer holds bachelor’s degrees in Biological Sciences and Psychology from the University of Delaware and a JD from  Thomas Jefferson School of Law.
