Miguel Miranda

Miguel Miranda is the Vice President, Global Operations for Argon Medical Devices, Inc. He joined the company in September of 2026 and leads the company’s global manufacturing and operations organization, with responsibility for driving operational excellence, quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement across Argon’s worldwide operations. Miguel is an accomplished operations executive with extensive experience leading complex manufacturing organizations and building high-performing teams within the medical device, industrial technology, and aerospace industries.

Prior to joining Argon, Miguel held senior leadership positions with several leading healthcare and manufacturing organizations. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Manufacturing at Medtronic. Earlier in his career, he was Senior Director of VIS Global Manufacturing at Siemens Healthineers, Plant General Manager at Baxter International, and Senior Director of Operations at Smith+Nephew. He also held multiple operational leadership roles at Danaher Corporation, where he helped drive business performance through the application of continuous improvement principles and the Danaher Business System.

Miguel holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and an Executive MBA from Wichita State University, where he graduated with honors. He is also a graduate of the MIT xPro Chief Operating Officer Program and has completed advanced studies in digital supply chains and rapid prototyping methodologies
